Transmitters and couplings

The injection of ripple control signals into Medium- and High-Voltage grids of an utility is operated by IGBT based transmitters and suitable couplings. Depending on the requirements – used audio frequency and topology of the grid - the injection method may either be done by parallel couplings or by serial couplings. Thereby should be considered, which is the most effective solution, from technical and cost effective point of view.
