Metercat
Metercat™ is used to communicate with Elster’s A3 ALPHA and A1800 ALPHA meters for program development, meter programming, meter reading, meter testing, and report generation. It also configures and maintains REX meters. Pocket Metercat is used in the field by Windows Mobile devices to read meters and change meter programming.
Metercat supports English, Russian, Romanian, Portuguese (Brazil), French, Spanish, or Chinese languages.
